How old can my results be?

If they’re within the last 6 months, they usually provide useful insights. I’ll flag if anything is too outdated to rely on.

What if I don’t have all the “ideal” tests?

That’s okay. I’ll work with what you have and recommend only the tests worth adding (and when) — no busywork.

Do you order blood tests?

I don’t draw/issue tests directly. I provide a GP request list (if needed) with timing notes (e.g., cycle day 2–3 for some hormones, fasting guidance).

How long does it take?

Your report is delivered within 7–10 business days from when you submit your intake and results.

Can I use this instead of medical care?

No. This is educational nutrition guidance. Always work with your GP/specialist for diagnosis, prescriptions and medical treatment.

Is the supplement protocol safe with my meds?
