How long does coaching run?

A minimum of 12 weeks. Most clients work with us for 3–6 months for sustained results, and often continue in the self-paced membership afterwards.

How is this delivered?

All coaching is online via the PCOS 180 App. You’ll check in weekly and chat with your coach in real time.

Do I need recent blood work?

If you have it, great — we’ll review it. If not, we’ll guide you through what’s worth testing and integrate the results onto your plan.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes — after your initial term ends, you can pause or transition to membership.
