Can I do this if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, many of the principles used in the challenge — like blood-sugar-balanced meals and whole-food nutrition — are suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

You can easily adjust portion sizes and swap ingredients if needed. We include additional resources to help you adjust this to suit pregnancy. We of course strongly encourage that you shift the focus away from weight loss and to improving health.

Do I need a PCOS diagnosis to join?

You don’t need an official diagnosis to start feeling better — the challenge focuses on the nutrition and lifestyle foundations that support hormonal balance through optimising metabolic health.

Do I need to have insulin resistance?

Not necessarily.

While the challenge focuses on improving insulin sensitivity (because it’s a major driver of PCOS symptoms), the same strategies will support energy, mood, inflammation, and hormonal health even if you don’t have insulin resistance.

Will this help me lose weight?

Yes. The meal plans and app tools are designed to stabilise blood sugar, reduce cravings and inflammation, and support sustainable fat loss.

Because everyone’s body is different, results will vary, but most women notice changes in energy, bloating, and weight within the first few weeks.

What if I’m vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, gluten free, pescatarian?

The meals included in the plans are absolutely suited to gluten free and dairy free. The majority of recipes are gluten free and low in dairy. Small amounts of butter, cheese and yoghurt are included however these can be easily substituted. We include a set of pescatarian and vegetarian recipes so that you can easily adapt the plan to this style of eating. Unfortunately we are unable to cater to vegan dietary patterns.

Do I have to count calories or macros?

No — the challenge is designed to work even if you don’t track. We do include detailed instructions on how to track if this is something you want to do however it is not essential. All recipes are automatically calculated for you. The App makes it simple with an in-built personalised tracker.
