After working in clinical nutrition since 2020, I began to notice a heartbreaking pattern with almost every woman who came to me with PCOS.
They felt dismissed and frustrated by disappointing appointments. Their only options? The pill, Metformin or more recently, weight loss drugs. Many were doing everything “right” and still getting nowhere. They were stuck in a cycle of confusion, fatigue, overwhelm and self-blame bombarded by conflicting advice on social media and left without any real roadmap.
But over months of working closely with clients often for 3, 6, or even 12+ months, I saw a completely different outcome unfold.
When we focused on reversing insulin resistance through targeted nutrition, implemented realistic lifestyle changes to reduce stress, and supported the body with a few key supplements — things shifted.
