4. Eligibility

5. Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify Payments.

• Access to digital products or services is granted only once payment is confirmed.
• For subscriptions, payments will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• This is a one-time digital purchase.
• Once your materials or app access have been delivered, no refunds are available due to the instant nature of digital content. If you complete the program in full (verifiable by completion of all challenge related tasks across corresponding dates) and do not see positive changes you may be eligible for a refund.

6.2 PCOS 180 Method Membership

• Includes a 7-day free trial on the monthly plan.
• After the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew. All payments are non-refundable.
• Monthly members may cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
• Annual memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, but you will retain access until your paid term ends.

6.3 Blood Test Reviews

• As a personalised digital service, blood test reviews are non-refundable once work has commenced or results have been submitted.
• If you submit incorrect or incomplete information, we are not responsible for delays or limitations in your report outcome.

6.4 1:1 Coaching and Consultations

• All coaching requires an initial minimum term (usually 8 weeks).
• Coaching fees are charged weekly in advance via secure direct debit.
• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle.
• Missed sessions or check-ins are not refundable.
• Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once booked.
• Refunds will not be granted for changes of mind, failure to follow recommendations, or lack of perceived results.
